ROCKLAND – Luna is an 11-month-old pointer mix rescue from South Carolina now living in Rockland and in need of a prosthetic front leg. The organizers of an upcoming meat raffle fundraiser at Banner Pub and Cafe in Rockland this Sunday will help defray the cost of getting her one.
