Of course, I may be not the only householder suffering from this nuisance. We may well have an epidemic in our locality but I suspect not as the cost of several tot bottles could be financially prohibitive to the offender. I suspect that I suffer alone — it being the time it takes to drink one shot of alcohol before disposing of the evidence. I would be grateful if the offender would at least screw the top back on the empty miniature before tossing both over the wall?

Picture a home with solar panels on the roof and a battery mounted on an exterior wall, storing energy from the solar panels during the day for use at night. This ‘solar+storage’ system is an increasingly common sight across the country, with up to 25% of new solar installations including attached storage. China’s top diplomat repeatedly told US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan his government does not believe the United States and China are engaged in a struggle for global supremacy. It was one of the most important issues—second only to Taiwan—that Foreign Minister Wang Yi raised in August during the latest in a series of secretive backchannel talks with Sullivan that began last year.

In October 2023, the Congressional Commission on the Strategic Posture of the United States released its report evaluating US nuclear strategy and posture. The Federation of American Scientists called the Commission’s Strategic Posture Review (SPR) a “full-throated embrace of a U.S. nuclear build-up,” and it’s not hard to see why.
