    At his probable cause hearing Tuesday in Merrimack district court, John Burke, the 19-year-old Hudson man charged with a series of offenses stemming from last week's Litchfield crash that killed a motorcyclist, sat hunched over at the defense table, staring at a stack of paperwork as about 25 people looked on. The crash, which occurred shortly after 9 p.m. last Wednesday, claimed the life of Jeffrey E. Day, 57, of Londonderry, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

    A 19-year-old Hudson man charged with numerous offenses in connection with Wednesday night’s crash that claimed the life of a Londonderry man was ordered held without bail at his arraignment Thursday in Merrimack District Court. Police say the crash involving a motorcycle and two other vehicles may have been intentional.

    The 19-year-old Hudson man charged with numerous offenses in connection with Wednesday night's fatal crash involving his vehicle and a motorcycle was ordered held without bail at his arraignment Thursday in Merrimack District Court. Police say the crash may have been intentional. John Burke, of 13 Jefferson Drive, is facing seven charges including manslaughter and negligent homicide as a result of the crash that killed an as yet unidentified motorcyclist on Route 102 in Litchfield.
