Every state is established over blood, tears, hope, and ideologies. In this respect, the state is the product of a dilemma between good and bad. Some states can hide their history full of massacres with manufacturing consent through strong media and financial conditions in these dilemmas. On the other hand, these elements are sufficient to create fear for less developed and developing countries since fear gives consent to write a marvelous history for imperialist countries.
