Hott, an Emmy Award-winning and two-time Oscar-nominated filmmaker, directed the documentary, “The Niagara Movement: The Early Battle for Civil Rights,” produced by WNED, which is part of Buffalo Toronto Public Media. The film is now streaming on multiple platforms and will come to national TV in February.
