AbstractPsoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a chronic, multidomain, inflammatory disease requiring long-term treatment. Guselkumab, a fully human interleukin [IL]-23p19-subunit inhibitor, and the IL-17A inhibitors (IL-17Ai) ixekizumab and secukinumab are approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for adults with active PsA. Real-world data evaluating on-label treatment persistence is an important consideration for patients.

AbstractTreatment persistence among patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is essential for achieving optimal treatment outcomes. Guselkumab, a fully human interleukin-23p19-subunit inhibitor, was approved by the United States (US) Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of active PsA in July 2020, with a dosing regimen of 100 mg at week 0, week 4, then every 8 weeks.

AbstractReports of mistreatment are an important first step to improving medical students’ learning environment. Students may not report mistreatment due to a lack of awareness of institutional policies, reporting procedures, or for fear of reprisal. We sought to determine if a medical school cross-platform mobile application (app) could be used to improve students’ awareness of mistreatment policies and procedures.
