Lubbock, Texas— A nationwide anti-Trump movement on June 14th could be the largest single-day protest so far this year, and Lubbock is scheduled to be part of that. Lubbock is among 2,000 cities nationwide participating in the ‘No Kings’ protest. Tara Findley, co-organizer of the protest, said this protest is meant to highlight what many consider to be overreach by the Trump Administration. The last protest they held in April drew over a hundred people, and they are expecting a bigger crowd.
