    EATON — Voter turnout was low but decisive during the Tuesday, May 6, Special Election in Preble County, with several local tax issues and a statewide infrastructure bond issue on the ballot. According to unofficial results from the Preble County Board of Elections, voter turnout stood at 8.53 percent, with 2,478 of the county’s 29,040 registered voters casting ballots.
