San Marcos Hays County EMS employees will receive increased pay and additional benefits, following a collective bargaining agreement with San Marcos Hays County EMS Board of Directors and Hays County EMS Association/CWA Local 6115, the union that represents San Marcos Hays County EMS field staff. The parties held a ceremonial signing to mark the agreement on Jan. 13 during a board meeting. The ratified employee contract was signed Dec. 16.
