Home sales were down for three out of five ZIP codes in Northwest Austin in April, according to data released from Unlock MLS in May. The details ZIP code 78758 in The Domain area experienced the largest decline in home sales year over year in April, going down 42.9%. The McNeil area in ZIP code 78727 also experienced a decline of 32%, while the Anderson Mill and Jester areas in ZIP code 78750 declined 27.6%.

The detailsZIP codes 78734 and 78746, respectively representing Lakeway and Westlake, experienced the largest year-over-year increase in median home prices, the data shows.
