    Pro-Palestine protesters have set up a new encampment outside St John’s College, after they were removed from Trinity College this morning (02/06). Trinity College served around ten individuals in tents with an interim high court injunction, evicting them in order to allow students to “study and take exams without disturbance,” and to ensure staff can carry out their work.

    The pro-Palestine encampment on Trinity lawn was dismantled this morning (02/06), after the College acquired an interim high court injunction against protesters. Students were notified by College porters of their eviction this morning, with around 10 individuals who were sleeping in tents being removed from the site. The camp was then dismantled by the students, porters, and court bailiffs.

    Around 100 protesters gathered today (31/05) outside of Trinity College, where an encampment was established yesterday evening (30/05). The gathering was labelled an “emergency rally” by the organisers of the encampment, Cambridge for Palestine (C4P). The rally began at 13:00 and lasted for about an hour.
