A 17-year-old boy who had been shot was found inside of a car late Tuesday in North Richland Hills and later died, police said. The man and a 30-year-old woman who was also shot were fired upon about 10:30 p.m. in the 8300 block of Emerald Hills Way, North Richland Hills police said.
