    DULUTH, Minn. — At the beginning of the month, Hawk Ridge began their annual spring count for bird species returning home. The Hawk Ridge observers and volunteers are flocking to the cliffsides of Enger Park to begin the spring count. Some of the early birds making their way back are trumpeter swans and bald eagles. Duluth specifically is one of the most populated bald eagle migration destination. Last year they had a record 12-hundred eagles documented in one day.

    ESKO, Minn.– A new Mexican restaurant in Esko is being forced to change the name of its business because the town board says it violates liquor license laws. “Tequila Town Authentic Mexican Cuisine & Bar” opened last month across the street from Esko Schools. The owner told FOX 21 the name of the business was inspired by his hometown “Tequila, Mexico.”It’s the same name as his two other restaurants in Minnesota in Crystal and St. Cloud.
