An apartment and townhome complex in Arlington just sold for millions less than it did three years ago. An Arlington multifamily complex consisting of 25 buildings changed hands for less than it did three years ago. Tree Hill Apartments and Townhomes at 1135 Bert Road sold for $6.65 million on March 6, according to a deed recorded in county records March 28. The property last sold in 2022 for $8.5 million, depreciating by about 22%.

In a less-active week of commercial construction permits, $23 million of work was approved, including a new hotel and continued work on a multi-million-dollar city park. Approximately $44.7 million of work was approved across 609 permits for the seven-day period ending March 30. Removing 540 permits for single-family homes, townhouses, duplexes, mobile homes and condominiums leaves 69 permits totaling $23 million.
