The station is owned by Tegna Inc. and operates alongside WJXX, an ABC affiliate licensed to Orange Park, creating a duopoly. Both channels share studio space on East Adams Street, located close to TIAA Bank Field in downtown Jacksonville. The transmitter for WTLV is situated on Eve Drive at the eastern edge of the Killarney Shores antenna farm.
