The upscale tire company — which also happens to own what is arguably the world’s most recognized restaurant rating system — has already deployed inspectors to start ranking restaurants in and around Boston this year, per Michelin Guide spokesperson Carly Grieff. Simultaneously, the Michelin Guide team also announced the launch of the inaugural Philadelphia guide on Monday, May 12.
