    With the help of a more than $6 million state grant, A Woman’s Place plans to build a new, expanded domestic violence shelter, officials of the organization said. Its location is not expected to be disclosed. Jen Locker, A Woman Place’s executive director, said the funding will allow Bucks County’s only domestic violence community benefit agency, to build a safehouse that can accommodate up to 10 households at a time.
