1. Introduction According to the World Health Organization (WHO), antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is known among the top 10 threats to global public health [1]. AMR not only contributes to increased death rates but also affects the economics of any country due to increased therapeutic costs in response to resistant bacterial infection. It is documented that only in 2019, the deaths of people reached 1.2 million globally because of antibiotic-resistant bacteria (ARB) [2].

The gene expression of receptivity-related molecules in various endometrial tissues was assessed using RT-qPCR. The findings signified that the mRNA expression levels of HOXA10, ITGB3, and LHCGR in the RIF group (n = 10) were significantly lower than those in the control group (n = 12) (p < 0.05) (Fig. 1A). These results were corroborated by western blotting, which showed that the protein levels of HOXA10, ITGB3, and LHCGR were consistently reduced in patients with RIF (n = 10) (Fig. 1B).
