This study explores whether radiomic features extracted from perirenal fat (PRF) around the tumour provide complementary diagnostic and prognostic value beyond conventional tumour-based radiomics. Methods: A retrospective cohort of 103 UTUC patients undergoing radical nephroureterectomy was analysed.
