Oral cancer, primarily oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCC), is a major health concern worldwide. The current gold standard for the diagnosis of OSCC is biopsy and histopathological analysis, which is invasive and can place a huge financial burden on the healthcare system. Optical coherence tomography-based angiography (OCTA) is a non-invasive imaging technique that shows promise as an imaging modality to aid the diagnosis of OSCC.
