This study explores whether radiomic features extracted from perirenal fat (PRF) around the tumour provide complementary diagnostic and prognostic value beyond conventional tumour-based radiomics. Methods: A retrospective cohort of 103 UTUC patients undergoing radical nephroureterectomy was analysed.

3.1. Simulation Model Building and Pre-ProcessingThe reinforcement plate forming process was simulated using AutoForm software. The triangular mesh was selected for discretization. It has unique advantages in conforming to complex shapes. It can closely follow the undulations of the curved surface and present complex geometric shapes in a relatively fine mesh layout. So, the mesh tolerance error was set to 0.05 mm.

Oral cancer, primarily oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCC), is a major health concern worldwide. The current gold standard for the diagnosis of OSCC is biopsy and histopathological analysis, which is invasive and can place a huge financial burden on the healthcare system. Optical coherence tomography-based angiography (OCTA) is a non-invasive imaging technique that shows promise as an imaging modality to aid the diagnosis of OSCC.
