The Salvation Army in Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel and Tyler counties is prepping for the holiday volunteer and donation season as the need for assistance rises. OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. — After 2 years of fundraising, Bethlehem Elementary School has finally opened its brand-new playground. Kids are beaming to get on the equipment. It's handicap accessible, features multiple climbing units, slides, and other unique qualities.
