Now, the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) is stepping in to do something about growing issues happening there. The launch is meant for two things: fishing and boating, but as we reported last year, there was more going on, much of it illegal. Now the PA Fish and Boat Commission is debating whether restrictions are enough to keep everyone happy.
