A data entry error will cause Phillipsburg residents to receive incorrect sewer bills for the second quarter, the town announced. Phillipsburg’s second quarter sewer bills will reflect usage charges from the prior quarter, according to a town statement. Most sewer accounts will reflect either a small credit or a small debit adjustment on their next bill.
