According to a Facebook post on May 26th, the Pista Sa Park Fil-Can Fiesta is slated to take place on June 8th in Fort St. John's Festival Plaza and is being organized by the North Peace Filipino-Canadian Association, also known as Bayanihan Fort St. John.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. - Indigenous secondary school students from around School District 60 had a chance to see potential future careers at an event hosted by Northern Lights College (NLC) on Tuesday. Pathways to Indigenous Futures, coordinated by NLC specifically for First Nations students, took place during the morning and early afternoon of May 27th.

The World Fair will feature cultural and community tables, stage performances, games, exhibits and food trucks. It has been organized by Fort St. John's chapter of S.U.C.C.E.S.S., an outfit providing newcomers to Canada supports in a number of aspects with assistance from province-wide anti-racism network Resilience BC.
