AbstractLow-dimensional/three-dimensional perovskite heterojunctions have shown great potential for improving the performance of perovskite photovoltaics, but large organic cations in low-dimensional perovskites hinder charge transport and cause carrier mobility anisotropy at the heterojunction interface.
