    (WHTM) — Thousands of Pennsylvania residents remain affected by power outages caused by severe weather overnight. As of 8:30 p.m., nearly 4,000 PPL customers and 510 FirstEnergy-affiliate customers are without power. In PPL’s territory, the majority of the outages are in Dauphin, Cumberland, and Perry counties with 1,463, 1,010, and 984 outages respectively. Outages in Dauphin are primarily in suburban Harrisburg and in the Halifax area.
