AT LEAST one person has been killed after a plane carrying six people crashed in New York state. The twin-engined plane came down yesterday about 50 miles south of the state capital Albany. The Mitsubishi MU-2B went down in a muddy field at 12.15pm in Copake, New York, near the Massachusetts state line. The plane was bound for the Columbia County Airport, near Hudson, New York. It was not immediately clear if there were other injuries or fatalities.
