    The Drift is the latest bar to open in the borough and wants to be more than just a bar by allowing people to "escape within". It is located within Crate Walthamstow, inside 17&Central shopping centre. The bar was opened by Marco Maiocchi and features 'mood-forward lighting, warm textures and minimalist design'.     The Teddington Direct River Abstraction (TDRA) project, deemed of national significance by the Government, will provide up to 75 million litres of water each day during drought periods, safeguarding the drinking water supply for residents, businesses, schools, hospitals, and other essential services.
