The Patriots got off to a great start in free agency. The defense has been rebuilt right down the middle, getting Milton Williams, Robert Spillane, and safety Marcus Epps, then adding off-the-ball linebackers Jack Gibbens and Christian Ellis. The linebacking group is going to look a lot different. Edge rushers Harold Landry and K’Lavon Chaisson will bolster the pass rush next to Keion White. Good morning. Here are your Patriots news 3-30 and notes for this week. Just days after being hired, New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel made it clear what he was hoping to achieve in his first season. He wants a tough, physical football team, and one that is especially good up front when it comes to running the football. On Tuesday, the signing of free agent center Garrett Bradbury ended up giving them just that. His addition now gives New England an incredibly physical interior offensive line.
