Good morning. Here are your Patriots news 4-13 and notes for this week. Before we begin, tomorrow, our Patriots 4th & 2 podcast will feature Mailbag Monday, with Derek Havens, Mike D’Abate, and me. If you have any draft or team-related questions, send them in, and we’ll get to them. The NFL Draft is right around the corner, and it is a big one for the Patriots’ rebuild. They have some major chips to play.

Good morning. Here are your Patriots news 4-06 and notes for this week. We’ll discuss the Joe Milton trade below, but first, the Patriots Hall of Fame committee met on Thursday to discuss a lengthy list of good candidates. Patriots.com’s Paul Perillo wrote a terrific article about Bill Parcells last week, and another one this week, where he wrote about the logjam of deserving players from the Pats’ dynasty years and why he selected the three players he did.

The Patriots got off to a great start in free agency. The defense has been rebuilt right down the middle, getting Milton Williams, Robert Spillane, and safety Marcus Epps, then adding off-the-ball linebackers Jack Gibbens and Christian Ellis. The linebacking group is going to look a lot different. Edge rushers Harold Landry and K’Lavon Chaisson will bolster the pass rush next to Keion White. The cornerback room now has Christian Gonzalez and Carlton Davis as the boundary corners.

Good morning. Here are your Patriots news 3-30 and notes for this week. As I wrote last week in this column, Mike Vrabel is building a team in his image, and he and Eliot Wolf have done a terrific job rebuilding the team, especially the defense, which we will get to below. But first, the Stefon Diggs addition. The Patriots have tried to get several different wide receivers in the building the past few years, and it wasn’t a lack of trying that caused them to be unsuccessful.

Good morning. Here are your Patriots news 3-23 and notes for this week. Mike Vrabel is building a team in his image, which is the team he wants to coach this season. In his introductory press conference, Vrabel told us that the roster we were looking at in January wouldn’t be the same team we see in August, which is undoubtedly coming true already. Vrable is doing what we thought they would do a few years ago: tear it down to the studs and rebuild the whole thing. This is Team Building 101 stuff.
