Former model and actor Iffat Omar has declined the Punjab government’s offer to appoint her as the cultural adviser to Information Minister Azma Bokhari. “I’ve humbly declined the offer,” Omar told Images. Her statement comes after several publications and Instagram pages reported that Omar was appointed as the cultural adviser and would work with the information ministry to design programmes aimed at promoting and preserving Punjab’s cultural heritage.
