The Newport Beach project will be a three-story building designed to accommodate a range of health care providers, from specialty practices to wellness services. A joint venture has bought an Orange County, California, office building with plans for conversion. Archer Property Partners and Real Estate Development Associates acquired a 78,000-square-foot office building at 3300 Irvine Ave. in Newport Beach with plans to convert it into a medical outpatient building.

The Class A building is fully leased, anchored by Skims’ headquarters, which moved to the Hollywood office last year. A Hollywood office building leased to Kim Kardashian’s shapewear brand Skims Body Inc. has sold for $105 million. Las Vegas-based Kingsbarn had previously made moves to buy the eight-story, 116,000-square foot property in 2023, but was unable to secure adequate financing due to unstable capital markets.
