1. IntroductionPulmonary sarcoidosis is the most common manifestation of sarcoidosis and the most frequent established diagnosis in the group of interstitial lung diseases (ILD). Clinically, suspicion usually arises through finding of intrathoracic lymph node enlargement and/or diffuse nodular lung disease. Although HRCT is the cornerstone for diagnosis, its imaging findings are currently not considered diagnostically sufficient.
