    A Bucks County man who worked at a nonprofit for people with disabilities stole over $100,000 by defrauding more than a dozen Philadelphia seniors, prosecutors said Monday. Quay Fetherson, 36, of Bensalem, was arrested last week. He used his position as a “fiscal liaison” at Community Options Inc., a longstanding organization, to embezzle funds over a six-year period ending in 2024, according to the District Attorney’s Office.

    A man was fatally shot early Monday morning in Center City’s Gayborhood, hours after Philadelphia’s Pride march and festival. Police said the shooting happened just after 2:30 a.m. on the 200 block of S. Camac Street. Officers rushed the adult male victim to Jefferson University Hospital, where he died at around 6:20 a.m., according to authorities. Investigators have not released details on what led to the killing, and there was no word on any arrests. The PPD has not publicly identified the victim.
