This is a classic photo I took at the EL (Eectric Light Orchestra) concert the other night (Aug. 30, at the Moda Center.)I came  up from Mount Shasta and stayed at the Jupiter Hotel on East Burnside Street. I have to mention, I didn’t see homeless everywhere. The city was a peaceful oasis in the trees that gave me a feeling that I was always in a town. I love Portland. Thank you.
