Quantum World Congress will hold its fourth event in September on the back of raising money from the newly formed Events Venture Group and trade organizer Consumer Technology Association. The event hit profitability last year for the first time, with attendance expected to surpass 1,000 in 2025 from about 600 in 2022. Some 30 countries will be participating, twice the number at the original gathering, said Stu Solomon, co-founder and CEO of QWC Events, which runs Quantum World Congress.

The conversation about 1st-party data has changed a lot since I started A Media Operator five and a half years ago. What was normally just something B2B operators cared about is now something discussed by publishers big and small. And for very good reason. Having a robust understanding of who your audience is and what they are engaging with can inform your coverage, convince advertisers to work with you and drive smart marketing strategies to boost reader revenue.

A Media Operator is proud to be a long tail publisher. We reach 0.0001125% of the world.

Sincere q: as consumers of the internet….do people earnestly have “long tail” publishers in their life? If so, who?

This makes no sense. If the argument for tariffs is that we want to reindustrialize the US (an argument I don't buy), why would we want to focus on textiles and toys and not advanced electronics? What is the strategy here? What's the point? Or is there none?

So we’re exempting all advanced electronics from Chinese tariffs and putting a 125 pct tariff on textiles and toys?

Excited to announce the AMO Summit is back, held here in NYC on October 8 and 9. https://t.co/ezeSYKmsqo
