    ST. LOUIS – Over the next few days, you may notice some hazier skies across the St. Louis region. And there’s a scientific reason for that. Smoke from wildfires burning in Canada is drifting south and settling high in the atmosphere, creating hazy conditions for many Midwestern U.S. states. Around St. Louis, the smoke began to move in Friday afternoon. What started as a day of mostly clear blue skies became increasingly muted by sunset. The next few days could follow similar patterns.

LOUIS – St. Louis Metropolitan Police officers were called to an area hospital around 9:15 p.m. Saturday night after three shooting victims arrived to the emergency room needing help. The victims are a 32-year-old man, a 10-year-old and 9-year-old, believe to be family.

That being said, expect a lot of clouds and occasional light rain showers building in, especially for the afternoon, but coverage is looking more scattered. Easterly winds on the southern side of high pressure to our northeast are pumping drier air into the region but the moisture from the southwest is trying to lift this way but struggling to do so.

The deer was spotted grazing with its herd, calmly enjoying a late-night snack before it took off into the dark.
