    Bones’ French Quarter is like a gumbo. It’s full to the brim with good stuff, all things owner Brian Armstrong takes pride in. A combination dive bar, lower-level speakeasy, restaurant and event space with a Cajun Creole twist. The business, celebrating its 65th anniversary this year, was established by Armstrong’s grandfather. When Armstrong took over operations in 2005, he added the Mardi Gras New Orleans theme. “I brought the New Orleans feel to the place when I stepped in,” said Armstrong.
