ATHENS, GA (WCJB) - After the thrilling regular season finale over No. 1 Oklahoma, the Gator softball team was brought back down to Earth. The Gators forced extra innings against Ole Miss, but in the end, they could not bring home the tying or game-winning run. The defending SEC champs fall in the second round, 6-3. Afte two scoreless innings, the Rebels put two on against Gator sophomore Keagan Rothrock. Perry Llamas fired a three-run shot to take a 3-0 lead.
