UTA announced remote classes and work will be extended through Friday due to anticipated winter weather and travel conditions, according to a MavAlert. If a class is unable to be held remotely, it will be canceled for the day. Employees will work remotely unless their position requires their services for emergency operations. UTA initially announced Thursday operations would move remotely in a MavAlert Wednesday.

If a class is unable to be held remotely, it will be canceled for the day. Employees will work remotely unless their position requires their services for emergency operations. The closure will also affect the UTA Research Institute, the UTA Fort Worth Center and all other UTA locations. The university hasn’t announced plans for Friday.
