The board approved the updated Campus Master Plan after a presentation from Cowley. The Campus Master Plan helps UTA re-examine physical campus improvements every 10 to 20 years and prioritize near, medium and long-term capital improvements.

UTA’s Student Senate members appointed a new Chief of Staff, passed two resolutions and said their goodbyes Tuesday during the final meeting of the semester. The body unanimously confirmed Lya Lang, External Relations Committee chair, as the new Chief of Staff with 20 votes. Lang will succeed incumbent Effua Jordan, who nominated her.
