DAYBREAK, Utah (KUTV) — Many people in Daybreak kept up with the rapidly moving construction of The Ballpark at America First Square, the new Salt Lake Bees baseball stadium. The grass or “turf,” as it's often called, was grown in and shipped from Washington state. SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — 26 years after the 1918 founding of the Salt Lake branch of the NAACP, another branch formed in the community of Ogden. “This year will be 81 years that we got our start,” said Betty Sawyer, President of Ogden’s NAACP. MOAB, Utah (KUTV) — A mural on the exterior of the Moab Area Travel Council building features a Black man named Charlie Glass and his sister, Lucy Pride. Glass was a respected cattle rancher during the early 1900’s who lived in Moab. That mural has a few connecting stories behind it. His life journey and career during his 50s evolved from being a physician on the Navajo Nation to becoming a street artist and photographer. “So, I’ve always had a love for street art.
