I had a coworker back in North Dakota who told me she was generally averse to following politics because of what it did to her mom, who would come home from work to watch The O'Reilly Factor and Hannity then be in a bad mood for the rest of the night. More recently I mentioned this to a close friend who said his father also spends multiple hours a day watching Fox News punditry. My friend joked that the entire operation is a scam by pharmaceutical companies to raise the blood pressure of viewers.

The City of Roswell issued a press release Wednesday stating that some water customers have received phone calls and text messages from an unknown individual who demanded payment while claiming to represent the city. The caller was potentially fishing for financial information. Todd Wildermuth, public information officer for the city of Roswell, stated in the release that the Water Department will never initiate a call or text message to seek payment.
