    The City of Roswell issued a press release Wednesday stating that some water customers have received phone calls and text messages from an unknown individual who demanded payment while claiming to represent the city. The caller was potentially fishing for financial information. It was about 15 miles outside of city limits, featured a long walking trail and a delightfully friendly beast of a dog named Cobalt.
