The Kings County Fairgrounds is the latest site for some family-friendly fun – that’s because the 78th annual Kings Fair is here. “It was really awesome to look outside of my office window at about 4:50 p.m. And there was a line which was just incredible to see,” Kings Fair Marketing Director, Payton Ryan, said. Saturday’s protests in Fresno are in opposition of the Trump administration, coinciding with the president’s birthday and a large military parade in Washington, D.C.June 14 is Flag Day, President Donald Trump’s 79th birthday and the 250th anniversary of the US Army. But thousands of people are using the day to make their voices heard.

The Fresno Arts Council announced that the newest ArtHop venue, Gallery on Fulton, is currently looking for local artists and exhibitors to showcase their work during the gallery’s launch on July 3, the next scheduled ArtHop event.
