FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Ten drivers in Fresno were arrested on suspicion of DUI over the weekend, according to the Fresno Police Department. The announcement of the arrests comes after the police department said officers held a checkpoint within the city on Saturday, June 21. Fresno Police says the DUI saturation operation was a joint effort with Fresno State Police, CHP, Clovis Police, and the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office. In total, 24 people were arrested on charges of DUI.
