    MIAMI VALLEY, Ohio (WKEF) -- The Ohio House of Representatives passed House Bill 131 on Wednesday, May 28. It aims to ban law enforcement agencies from using quotas for arrests and citations. Here's your ticket,'" State Representative Phil Plummer (R-39th Dist.) said. The bill passed unanimously and is now waiting to be introduced in the state's Senate.
