Dayton Business Journal
The Dayton Business Journal was established by Karen Link, a local resident of Dayton, who referred to it as Miami Valley's New Business. Between 1989 and 1996, the publication underwent various name changes and ownerships. In 1996, it was acquired by American City Business Journals, located in Charlotte, North Carolina, and became part of a network of 40 business journals across the United States.
