But at Rahway’s Taste of Spring on April 11, $40 paid for a taste of dozens of entrées, including falafel, tacos and custard cups, and pairings of local craft beers, international wines and inventive cocktails. The 22st annual all-you-can-eat-and-drink event returned to the Rahway Recreation Center, and included samplings from 40 mostly city-based restaurants and 40 beer, wine and liquor vendors.
