Are you a fan of Napa’s Black Bear Diner? Now’s your chance to buy the bear — or part of it. The building at 303 Soscol Ave. that is home to the Napa restaurant is for sale by the property owner, the Gasser Foundation, for $3.895 million. The restaurant business itself is corporate-owned and is not part of the sale, said the listing agent, Stuart Wright with CBRE commercial real estate. Customers shouldn’t worry about the Black Bear Diner closing anytime soon.
